EXCHANGE, RETURN, REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY

READY TO SHIP: l wigs ship within 5-7 after payment guarantee

CUSTOM ORDERS: ship according to the instructions on the product page such as Regular 20 working days, Rush priority processing in 5-7 working days, or Super rush priority processing in 4/5 working days. There are work that cannot quality for Super rush, we will notify if you mistakenly do that.

DELIVERY TIME: express shipping usually takes around 3-5 business days.
FAST REFUND,100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: We accept returns for up to 10 days. After you receive your wig and you are unsatisfied, you have 10 days to return it back to us. 10 days starts from the delivery date showing on the courier company websites tracking page. After 10 days have passed unfortunately, we do not accept returns. In addition, the insurance fee of $10 is non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS: First send us pictures and explain in detail the reasons for the return.

PLEASE NOTE: that the Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original package.

RETURN FEE: Return label or return shipping fee to Lagos is paid by the buyer.

EXCHANGE: All Order can be Exchange to a new style 24-36 hours after purchase as long as it is not ready to ship. Additional fee only applies if the new style is more expensive, you pay the
difference. We do not exchange custom order after shipping and receiving. But please do contact us if you have any issue.

If you want an exchange on a product that did not contain a defect, you will have to arrange and pay for the shipping to the warehouse in Lagos, Nigeria as well as shipping costs for the new product to be shipped back to you. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you what the conclusion is and issue the exchange (if applicable)

CANCELLATION: All order cancellations require 2 hours notice starting from the time your order was received from our website. Cancellation that has exceeded 48 hours without notice is subject to a 25% processing fee charged by our credit card processor as long as the order is not yet shipped. If your order has been shipped, we are afraid we can not cancel your order or issue a refund. every refund request is subject to our own reviews

PRE-CORONA RETURN: To be eligible for an exchange/return or refund you must notify us 48 hours after you receive your wig. Your wig must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It may not have been washed, styled, coloured, or worn. It must also be in the original packaging. In the event that there is an evident defect with your wig from our factory, we will offer you a complete exchange as long as we get notified within 48 hours after you receive your wig.

In the event that you are merely dissatisfied with the style of the wig, how it suits you, or any other characteristics which were clearly portrayed on our website before making the purchase,
we will only assist you with an exchange subject to the buyer paying the shipping cost of returning the item back to our factory in Nigeria. We are not liable for shipping labels or return shipping fees.

If an order is refused, shipping charges are non refundable and all restocking fees will still apply including the payment integration transaction fee which covers up to 5% of the total fee of the items. If a customer refuses a package, they will be charged for any charges we incur in having the packages returned to us. If a customer refuses a personalized non-refundable item, they cannot receive any credits by simply refusing the delivery, and they will incur an additional
charge for any return fees we incur after the package is refused. The refused package shall remain in the possession of Enna braided wig. until such time as the customer remits payment for us to send the item(s) again. If payment is not received within 30 days of the first failed
delivery, then the item is forfeited. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping: Returns on items that included ‘Free Shipping’ will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. ‘Free Shipping’ will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

Custom Orders & Close Out Items:
Customized and Custom-Made items cannot be returned. These are orders by which the customer chooses the colour design, length, any and all wig piece. Enna braided wig will make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern. Items marked Close Out are not returnable – they are first quality but are no longer manufactured or stocked at Enna braided wig. Close out and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
